locomotive anti collision system

its my one of the projects .its used to avoid the collisions in railways . i submitted this project in "KARMAVEEREXPO'10".the proposed project aims to avoid the collision of trains .its a cheapest and efficient method to prevent the collision.The gps system is a costly one .in this system there is no use for a gps system.the working is nothing but its a data transfering system
